It began in a small kitchen in Amritsar in 2010. Our founder Jagdev refused to let the buttery, golden parantha of Punjab remain only a dhaba secret. He brought it to your neighbourhood, your family table.
Every morning, our chefs hand-knead dough from stone-ground atta, fill it with seasonal ingredients, and cook each piece on a seasoned cast-iron tawa with pure desi ghee. No shortcuts. No compromise. Ever.
